Student Loan Applications, Appeals, and Grants Questions
One of MUNSU’s long-term goals is to ensure high-quality, accessible post-secondary education for everyone who has the ability and desire to learn. With this goal in mind, MUNSU has worked with other students’ unions through the Canadian Federation of Students to advocate for Student Financial Assistance reforms. As a result, students sit on the second tier appeals committee of the Student Financial Assistance. MUNSU is able to help members with any issues that they may have regarding their student financial assistance.
Tuition Refund Appeals
For students who are dropping courses after the first two weeks of lecture is eligible to appeal for a tuition refund if extenuating circumstances have arisen.
